How do I order with Range Products?
You can order from Range Products in three convenient ways: Shop online at www.rangeproducts.com.au and choose home delivery or Click & Collect; Visit our store at 6/138 Radium St, Welshpool WA 6106 during showroom hours (Monday-Friday 9am-3:30pm); or Call us on 08 9358 4448 or 0489 265171 to place an order over the phone. We stock over 500 essential oils, carrier oils, base products and raw ingredients.
When can I pick up my Click and Collect order?
Click & Collect orders can be picked up Monday to Friday between 8am and 4:30pm at our Welshpool location (6/138 Radium St, Welshpool WA 6106). You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection. Our showroom is also open 9am-3:30pm if you'd like to browse while picking up your order.
Can I track my online order?
Yes, once our team has processed your online order, we assign one of our trusted delivery partners to get it to you on time. They will be in touch with you directly via email with tracking information, so keep an eye on your inbox for tracking updates and delivery notifications.
Can I organise my own courier?
Yes, if you prefer to use your own courier service, please contact us at sales@rangeproducts.com.au or call 08 9358 4448 to arrange this. We can prepare your order for pickup by your chosen courier during our business hours Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
How much is delivery?
Delivery costs vary depending on your location within Australia and the size of your order. For specific shipping rates to your area, please add items to your cart and proceed to checkout where shipping costs will be calculated, or contact our team at sales@rangeproducts.com.au for a delivery quote.
What are Range Products' store hours?
Our Welshpool store is open Monday to Friday. Showroom hours are 9am-3:30pm for browsing our selection of essential oils, carrier oils, and raw ingredients. Order pickups (Click & Collect) are available from 8am-4:30pm. We are located at 6/138 Radium St, Welshpool WA 6106. The store is closed on weekends and public holidays.

We dispatch most warehouse stock within two days of receiving your order. Our Perth-based location allows for quick processing and shipping throughout Australia. For Click & Collect orders, you'll typically receive a notification that your order is ready for pickup within 1-2 business days.
